Christian Erlen combines owner-operator accountability with a proven track record of steering MedTech and industrial-technology businesses through demanding change and decision-heavy phases.

He has led two family businesses through deep transformations, from product orientation to market orientation, which translates directly into scalable go-to-market and partner-network execution abroad.
His MBA in Technology Management and Strategy (RWTH Aachen and the University of St Gallen) underpins a rigorous, metrics-driven approach to strategy, operations, and commercial governance.

With academic grounding in the social sciences across London and Düsseldorf, he brings a rare mix of analytical clarity and cross-cultural communication that strengthens negotiations, partner enablement, and stakeholder alignment in international markets.
